She is the primary clinical architect of the EQ Emergency Kit™ — responsible for the development of the five-step framework, the content of all 160 situation responses across both kits, and the integration of polyvagal theory, HRV science, and cognitive reappraisal into a practical, accessible format.

Althea leads all individual coaching, psychological assessment, and clinical quality assurance across the Star Brain Coach™ platform. Her work bridges the rigour of clinical psychology with the immediacy of real-world emotional crisis — meeting people where they are, not where systems expect them to be.

Yes. Three situations in each kit are completely free — no account, no credit card, no commitment. Open the kit and access them immediately. You experience the full five-step framework before making any decision.
Who is this for?
Adults (18+): Anyone who needs a grounded, practical response to emotional crisis — at home, at work, in relationships, or in the middle of the night.

Young people (8–17): The Junior Kit is built specifically for children and teens navigating big feelings, school pressure, peer dynamics, identity challenges and family conflict.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Both kits are Progressive Web Apps that work fully offline once loaded. No internet connection is required when you need it most.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Star Brain Coach™ does not store any card details. Our payment processor handles VAT and international tax compliance automatically.
